The said polling places will be open from the hour of 7:00 AM until the hour of 7:00 PM on the day of said election. Said election shall be held and conducted, as far as practicable, in the same manner as other elections are held in DeSoto County, Mississippi, in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi. All qualified electors of the DeSoto County School District will be entitled to vote in said election.
